An encounter has taken place between Delhi police personnel and shooters from the Gogi gang in the National Capital’s Rohini area. Following the exchange, three criminals were apprehended, with two of them, identified as Lalu and Irfan, sustaining injuries. The police action was initiated after a firing incident was reported at the residence of a Gauraksha Dal member. The operation, conducted by a crack team from the Rohini district, is part of a larger, ongoing effort by the Delhi police to dismantle active criminal gangs in the NCR region. Another such initiative mentioned is ‘Operation Aghaat’ in the south-east district. A key development from the incident was that the "criminals shot in the leg by the police, they have been nabbed now."
