Two new videos from Rau’s IAS Study Circle in Delhi’s Old Rajinder Nagar area have surfaced, showing flooding in the basement of the coaching centre. The incident, on July 27, led to the death of three aspirants – Tania Soni (25), Shreya Yadav (25) and Navin Delvin (28).
The first video shows how the coaching centre’s basement was flooded after heavy waterlogging on the street outside.
