After months of continuous protests, Delhi’s bus marshals have announced their entry into politics, declaring their intent to contest the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections. The former bus marshals will contest under the newly formed party, Janhit Dal, which has just released its first list of candidates. Out of the six announced names, five are former bus marshals who aim to bring grassroots issues to the forefront.
