A multi-state investigation has dismantled a ‘white-collar’ terror module linked to Jaish-e-Mohammad and Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind, leading to the arrest of several professionals, including doctors. The probe, spanning Jammu and Kashmir, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh, uncovered a massive cache of explosives in Faridabad and revealed a wider conspiracy involving radicalised doctors like Dr. Muzammil Shakeel and Dr. Shaheen Shahid. Concurrently, Gujarat’s ATS foiled a separate ISIS-inspired plot, arresting Dr. Ahmed Mohiuddin Syed for attempting to produce the toxin Ricin.
