The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has officially handed over the investigation into the Red Fort blast case to the National Investigation Agency (NIA). A high-intensity explosion ripped through a slow-moving car at a traffic signal near the Red Fort metro station on Monday evening, leaving 12 people dead and more than 25 injured.Â
