As transport emissions, construction dust and stubble burning continue to choke the city, Delhi Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa issued an apology, drawing sharp political reactions. The opposition, including Priyanka Gandhi and AAP MP Sanjay Singh, accused the BJP of deflecting blame instead of delivering solutions, while residents continue to gasp for clean air amid weak enforcement on the ground.
