Bengaluru police inspector Papanna is under scrutiny following leaked audio clips allegedly showing him pursuing a relationship with Yashaswini Gowda, known as the city’s first female rowdy-sheeter. Gowda claims the inspector harassed her with ‘filthy’ messages and threatened her children when she rejected his advances.
