Cyclone Dana Live: As Cyclonic storm Dana is all set to make landfall early on Friday morning, West Bengal and Odisha coasts are bracing for heavy rainfall.
Meanwhile, Odisha chief minister Mohan Charan Majhi reviewed the state government’s preparedness and said that only 30 per cent of the people (approximately 3-4 lakh people living in the identified ‘danger zone’) were evacuated by Wednesday evening. The evacuation process would continue on Thursday morning.
