Counterintelligence Kashmir (CIK), a part of Jammu Kashmir Police, is conducting searches across multiple locations in Kashmir. The raids are targeting individuals suspected of using encrypted messaging applications believed to be linked with terror handlers from across the border. Searches are ongoing in Shopian, Kulgam, Budgam, Awantipora, Pulwama, Kupwara, and Srinagar. The operation is part of a larger crackdown on cyber communication channels used by suspicious entities from across the border.
