Join us to witness the incredible display of women power at India’s 76th Republic Day parade where women-led contingents, tableau, and bands played a pivotal role. From Major Radhika Sen leading the Qrfv (heavy) Nandighosh contingent to Major Srishti Sharma commanding Qrfv (medium) Tripurantak, the parade was a testament to women’s leadership in the military. The battlefield surveillance system was under the command of Lt Colonel Shrutika Dutta, while the naval tableau was led by Lt CDR Mamta and Lt Vipul Singh Gahlaut. The Indian Coast Guard showed its strength with Deputy Commandant Navita Thakran leading the marching contingent and Commandants Soniya and Sadhana Singh heading the tableau. The CRPF was represented by Asst Commandant Aishwarya Joy, and the Delhi Police women band was under the baton of Band Master Ruyangunuo Kense. The NCC girls contingent and combined band, led by Senior Under Officer Ekta Kumari and Cadets Madesh Ashok and Ankita Kumari respectively, added to the spectacle.
