The Congress, claiming a stronghold in Vidarbha after the Lok Sabha elections, is unwilling to concede seats to Shiv Sena UBD. The Shiv Sena UBD, however, is requesting seats that the Congress has never won. The conflict has escalated to include two seats in Mumbai.
