Taking a dig at the Congress, Parliamentary Affairs Minister and BJP leader Kiren Rijiju said that the opposition party is attacking Vice President and Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar to divert attention from the alleged Congress-Soros nexus.
