Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath addresses a gathering at the flag hoisting ceremony at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and RSS Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat. In his speech, Adityanath describes the temple as a symbol of national pride and thanks PM Modi for his leadership, which he credits for the realisation of the temple, and highlights the development of Ayodhya into a global destination and a solar city. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said the flag hoisting at the grand temple of Lord Ram in Ayodhya ‘is not the culmination of a yagya, but the beginning of a new era’. The Chief Minister also welcomed the Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Anandiben Patel, and the President and Treasurer of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra, Mahant Nritya Gopal Das and Swami Govind Dev Giri Ji Maharaj, respectively.
