More than 560 people were evacuated in the Argentine city of Concordia from flooding of the Uruguay River, flooding in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul.
Some streets in Concordia, in the province of Entre Ríos bordering Uruguay and close to southern Brazil, are flooded.
Locals were traveling in canoes due to the growth of the adjacent Uruguay River, which originates on the border between the states of Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina in Brazil.
