China’s tax revenue posted year-on-year growth in October for the first time this year, driven by Beijing’s stimulus measures. Tax collections rose by 1.8% to 263 billion U.S. Dollars, marking a recovery in fiscal revenues. Non-tax revenues, including government funds, special bonds, and fines, surged by 40%, pushing overall fiscal revenue up by 5.5%.
