Taiwan’s Ministry of Defense (MND) said Sunday that it has spotted two government ships, six Chinese boats, and eleven Chinese aircraft flying close to Taiwan. All of the planes entered the eastern and southwest Air Defense Identification Zones (ADIZ) of Taiwan after crossing the median line. "Up until 6 a.m. (UTC+8) today, 11 PLA aircraft sorties, 6 PLAN vessels, and 2 official ships operating around Taiwan were detected," the Taiwanese MND wrote in a post on X. Eleven sorties reached Taiwan’s eastern and southern ADIZ after crossing the median line. We have kept an eye on the issue and taken appropriate action.
