Chhattisgarh has become a hub of protests, with diploma education teachers now taking to the streets. Despite completing the recruitment process, these teachers have not received any appointments. They had previously submitted a request letter to the Chief Minister, who currently oversees the education portfolio. The teachers are demanding justice and are protesting across various districts of Chhattisgarh. The protest was sparked by a notification issued on 4th May 2023, for the enrolment of teachers, which included both B.Ed and D.Ed degree holders.
