A joint security forces operation in Chhattisgarh’s Bijapur district resulted in the neutralisation of 31 Naxals. The gunfight occurred in a forest area early morning. Two security personnel were martyred and two others injured in the operation. A significant cache of advanced weapons, including AK-47s, INSAS rifles, and .303 rifles, was recovered. Search operations are ongoing in the area. This marks the largest anti-Naxal operation of 2025.
