The report highlights underutilisation of COVID funds, shortage of essential drugs and masks, and inadequate hospital facilities. Only 1000 new hospital beds were added, while hospital plots worth over 600 lakh rupees remained unused. The Aam Aadmi Party claims this is a witch hunt by the BJP.
