Iran’s new Supreme Leader Mojtaba Ali Khamenei has issued his first reaction on the Iranian New Year, stating that the enemy now speaks in contradictions and this is a sign of weakness. He claimed that attacks against Turkey and Oman were not carried out by Iran or any of its allied forces, describing them as false flag operations by Zionist forces aimed at creating discord between Iran and its neighbours. Khamenei asserted that Iran’s frontline is far bigger than the enemy imagines and that the current war is aimed at breaking Iran through fear and leadership loss. He stated that despite all differences, unity among the people has broken the enemy. Khamenei also said the enemy seeks to exploit economic weaknesses and divide Iranian society, adding that this is not just a military war but also an economic and psychological one. US President Donald Trump responded, claiming America and Israel are doing extremely well in Iran, stating Iran’s Navy, Air Force, and leadership have been destroyed.
