BREAKING LIVE: Luthra Brothers Board Goa-Bound Flight, Police To Present In Court | Birch Club Fire
Luthra brothers Saurabh and Gaurav, owners of Goa nightclub Romeo Lane, were deported from Thailand and arrested by the Goa Police upon landing in Delhi on December 16, 2025. They face charges related to a deadly fire on December 6 that killed 25 people, allegedly due to safety violations and negligence under their control. Police secured a two-day transit remand and are flying them to Goa for a court appearance around 11 AM on December 17.
