BREAKING | At Least 6 Injured, 2 Wounded In Knife Attack At Pro-Kurdish Protests In Antwerp, Belgium
A pro-Kurdish demonstration in Antwerp, Belgium, turned violent after a knife attack left six people injured, two of them critically. Police arrested four suspects who had mixed with the crowd before pulling out knives and attacking people.
The rally was held to support Kurds in northern Syria, where Kurdish forces are facing pressure from government troops. Families, women and children were present at the event. Belgian police are treating the case as attempted murder and not terrorism.
