This action follows protests by Shiv Sena over an allegedly offensive song by Kamra against former CM and current Deputy CM Eknath Shinde. Multiple FIRs have been registered against Kamra, who has not responded to three summons to record his statement. Shiv Sena’s Yuva Sena general secretary Rahul Kanal had urged BookMyShow to remove Kamra’s content, warning of potential public outrage.
