A bitter war of words has erupted between the BJP and the Congress ahead of the Bihar elections. Union Minister Kiren Rijiju has called Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi a "spoiled brat," alleging he is aligning with anti-India forces like George Soros. The Parliamentary Affairs Minister also claimed that the Congress works with a leftist mentality and attacks institutions when they lose elections. Meanwhile, during his ‘voter adhikar yatra’ in Bihar, Rahul Gandhi accused the BJP of destroying democracy and attacking the constitution. Reiterating his claims of "vote-chori" or vote theft, he said, "In Bihar, the vote that this constitution gives you, that vote is being stolen." He stated he will not let the BJP steal the polls in Bihar, alleging similar instances occurred in Maharashtra and Haryana.
