The ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) partners on Sunday met at Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s residence in Patna to discuss seat-sharing for the upcoming Assembly polls, sources told India Today TV. Bihar has a total of 243 Assembly seats.
The meeting, held by Union Home Minister and former BJP president Amit Shah, was attended by NDA coalition partners, who each brought with them a list of seats they wanted to contest in the upcoming elections, sources said.
