The first phase will see 121 seats go to the polls, with the remaining 122 in the second phase. One speaker articulated a vision for change, stating a goal to "aane wale 10 saal mein is desh ke 10 agrani rajyon mein Bihar ko shamil karaen" (include Bihar among the top 10 leading states of the country in the next 10 years).
