Tahawwur Rana, a key conspirator in the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, has been extradited to India from the United States after 17 years. Rana, a Pakistani-origin Canadian businessman and former Pakistan Army captain, helped David Headley with travel documents for reconnaissance of Mumbai targets. The NIA charge sheet reveals Headley and Rana communicated over 200 times during Headley’s 8 visits to India before the 26/11 attacks.
