A major ISI terror plot has been uncovered by central agencies. Three individuals, including a Nepali citizen, were arrested from Delhi and Ranchi for sending classified Indian Armed Forces documents to Pakistan. The operation to bust these sleeper cells was conducted between January and March, predating the Pahalgam attack. The arrested individuals were reportedly trained by top ISI officials in Pakistan.
