Following the arrest of the RCB marketing head and members of the event firm DNA who helped organised the event that lead to the Bengaluru stampede tragedy, both parties have now reached the High Court. The RCB has argued that the CM and the court cannot direct the cops to make arrests and they also said the arrest was blatantly illegal. Furthermore, RCB said that false allegations were made against the marketing head, Nikhil Sosale who was accused of trying to flee. The HC has now granted them temporary relief directing cops to make no fresh arrests until the matter is heard by the court.
