A Bengaluru consumer, Goud Pradeep, successfully sued a car dealer after his Rs 14.2 lakh SUV’s ownership papers were withheld due to a dispute between the dealer and a finance company. The consumer commission ordered Techno Justcars 365 to refund the full amount, plus legal costs.
