BWSSB has prepared to commission Asia’s largest water treatment plant at TK Halli, 95km from Bengaluru. The Rs 5,550-crore project aims to pump 775 MLD of Cauvery water to Bengaluru under the Cauvery V Stage project. Initially delayed by the pandemic, the plant is expected to be inaugurated this month, featuring advanced Japanese and French technology.
