Violent protests erupted in Murshidabad, West Bengal, over the anti-Waqf law. Provocative slogans against Prime Minister Modi and Home Minister Shah were caught on camera. The Imam Muazzin Association, supported by APDR and SDPI (considered a PFI front), organized the rally. Police have arrested 19 people following the unrest, which allegedly started after a rumour spread during a blockade-like situation.
