Union Minister Sukanta Majumdar questioned whether certain people and their families have filled the SIR forms, asking why they are giving mixed messages.
He mentioned the suicide of a specially-abled BLO who completed the SIR in 14 days, saying this positive work will never be acknowledged by Mamata Banerjee and her team.
Majumdar said TMC should tell the Election Commission that Bengal elections should be held under President’s rule. He also claimed that Mamata Banerjee asked BLOs to follow the state government’s instructions and said that if anyone dies, she is responsible.
