Bengal BJP chief Sukanta Walks Out After Detention, Slams Mamata Govt Over Gang Rape Protest

Bengal BJP chief Sukanta Majumdar was released after spending a night in detention at Kolkata Police headquarters. He was arrested along with 32 other BJP leaders for protesting against a recent gang rape in South Kolkata. Majumdar refused to sign a personal bail bond, insisting on the release of all detained party workers. He criticized the Mamata government, stating, ‘Somebody has to wake up the government that is asleep, ready to get arrested thousand times for West Bengal.’ #kolkatagangrape #sukantamajumdar #gangrapeprotest #itwebvideos #mamatagovernment #kolkatapolice #lalbazar #bjpprotest #westbengal
