Bangladesh Hindu Priest Arrest | Andhra Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan on November 27 condemned the arrest of a Hindu priest in Bangladesh. While speaking to media, Kalyan expressed deep disappointment over no one responding towards atrocities on Hindus. In a post in X, Pawan Kalyan expressed his concern over the arrest and denial of bail to a Hindu priest Chinmoy Krishna Das. Earlier, MEA on November 26 had expressed concern over Chinmoy Krishna Das’s arrest in Bangladesh. Chinmoy Krishna Das was arrested on November 25 and was produced before a Chittagong court that refused to entertain his bail plea. He is under trial in a sedition case at Kotwali police station and was arrested in connection with that case.
