Ex-Maharashtra minister and NCP leader Baba Siddique was shot dead in Mumbai’s Bandra. The Mumbai Police Crime Branch has confirmed it as a contract killing, with the accused believed to be part of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The third suspect, identified as Shiva, is currently absconding. Chief Minister Shinde has directed the police to arrest the third suspect as soon as possible. The police have arrested two suspects and are investigating the case.
