Several police personnel and villagers sustained injuries in the confrontation. A tense standoff is ongoing, with additional forces deployed to the cordoned-off area. One person on the ground stated, "Sir, there is a fight going on in front of us. They are firing bullets at us from behind." Authorities claim the settlers were intimated beforehand, but the situation escalated into violence, leading to a fatality and a stalemate between the police and the settlers.
