The Supreme Court on Wednesday granted interim bail to Ashoka University Professor Ali Khan Mahmudabad over his controversial post on Operation Sindoor but refused to stay the investigation into the case. The apex court also directed to Haryana DGP to constitute a three-member SIT headed by IG rank officer to probe the case against the professor.
