The Enforcement Directorate has failed to prove the money trail in the alleged liquor scam, says AAP General Secretary and Rajya Sabha MP Dr Sandeep Pathak. "It is written in the order that no evidence has been found against Arvind Kejriwal and Aam Aadmi Party till now…According to the court order, ED has bad intentions and is behaving in a biased manner. ED’s aim is not to find the money trail but to keep AAP leaders in jail and keep finding things necessary to do this," said Mr Pathak.
