Arnab tears into it as Pakistan has once again made a complete fool of itself on the global stage when Shehbaz Sharif grandly offered to mediate between Iran, Israel and America, tagged Donald Trump, proudly declared that Pakistan is ready and honoured to host conclusive talks, sending Islamabad into total frenzy while Pakistani media hyped it as a diplomatic masterstroke and even some in India’s opposition took it seriously, but Iran slammed the door shut, rejected any talks outright, called it fake news and its envoy bluntly told Pakistan to shut up with no confirmation from Trump or anyone. Pakistan can’t even make peace with Afghanistan or control its own borders yet dreams of sitting at the big table. This is pure narrative management — tweeting desperately for photo-ops with zero leverage. Pakistan is no mediator, not even a host, just playing catch-up.
