Across India, millions of animals spend their lives in hardship -hauling loads, suffering injuries, and being neglected. Animal Rahat is changing that story.
From retiring donkeys in brick kilns and replacing their burden with mechanised systems, to ending backbreaking sugarcane hauling for bullocks through tractors and harvesters, compassion and progress are today working together. More than 100,000 bullocks and more than 550 donkeys have already been freed from gruelling labour.
With mechanisation as well as mobile veterinary clinics reaching remote villages, emergency rescues, sanctuary care, and education programs, Animal Rahat ensures animals are treated not as tools – but as living beings deserving dignity.
