Indian Teqball players Declan Gonsalves and Anas Baig have made history by winning India’s first-ever medal at the 2024 Teqball World Championships.
The duo clinched the bronze medal in the men’s doubles category, marking a significant achievement for the country in the sport.
Their remarkable performance followed a hard-fought semi-final loss to the eventual champions, Thailand, from which they made a strong recovery to secure the podium finish.
