Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday told the Lok Sabha that all three terrorists killed in Monday’s Operation Mahadev in Srinagar were Pakistani nationals – the same men who carried out the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam. Responding to Congress leader P Chidambaram’s recent remarks suggesting the attackers could have been "homegrown" and questioning the evidence of Pakistani links, Shah said India had irrefutable proof of their identity and origin. He also accused Chidambaram of giving a "clean chit" to Pakistan with such statements.
