Questioning the integrity of the state’s investigation into the Sabarimala temple theft, Shah claimed the FIR contains loopholes designed to protect the accused. He challenged Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan to hand over the case to a central agency. Shah asserted that only the BJP can protect the faith and traditions of Kerala, positioning the Sabarimala issue as a key flashpoint for the upcoming assembly elections.
