Amit Shah Cites Uri, Pulwama & Pahalgam; Warns Against Messing With India's borders | India Today

Union Home Minister Amit Shah issued a strong statement on terrorism, declaring that any aggression against India’s citizens, military, or borders will be met with severe repercussions. Speaking at a cooperative conference, he referenced past military actions following attacks in Uri, Pulwama, and Pahalgam. Shah stated, "a strong message has been sent to the whole world that those who mess with the citizens of India, the Indian army, and the Indian borders, will have to face consequences." He specifically mentioned the surgical strike after the Uri attack, the air strike following the Pulwama incident, and ‘Operation Sindur’ in response to the Pahalgam attack, stating that terrorists were eliminated inside Pakistan. The minister emphasized that these actions serve as a clear global message about India’s resolve to ensure a prosperous, secure, and developed nation.
