The move comes a day after the senior leader publicly appealed for the reintegration of expelled leaders including OPS, Sasi Kala, and T.T.V. Dinakaran, and gave a 10-day ultimatum for their reunion. In response, AIADMK General Secretary EPS stripped Sen Gautam of his responsibilities as organisational secretary and the party in-charge for Erode Urban.
