An investigation into a conversion racket in Agra has revealed a multifaceted operation with international links. Sources indicate the accused used the dark web and were connected to entities in Pakistan and Kashmir. The gang allegedly targeted emotionally vulnerable people, particularly young girls, using an online Ludo game with a handler based in Pakistan. Following this, a process of brainwashing known as ‘Dawa’ was initiated through online debates.
