Actor Ramya has stated she is being trolled by fans of actor Darshan, who is currently out on bail and shooting a film in Thailand. Ramya said she is being targeted for backing the family of Renuka Swamy. She posted on Instagram, sharing screenshots of vulgar messages she received, and stated that the trolls have a "misogynistic mindset". In a direct response to the trolling, Ramya wrote on her Instagram story, “Your comments are proof why Renukaswamy’s family needs justice!”. The actor is also reportedly contemplating filing a cyber case against those sending her the messages. This development comes as Darshan, an accused in the Renuka Swamy murder case, was permitted by a court to travel for the film shoot.
