Assembly bypoll results Live Updates: Results for the by-elections to 13 Assembly constituencies across Bihar, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh will be declared today. The counting of votes began at 8 am. The bypolls, the first since the Lok Sabha election, were fiercely contested between the ruling BJP and the INDIA bloc, comprising the Congress, Samajwadi Party, Trinamool Congress and Aam Aadmi Party.
