The US Supreme Court has cleared the extradition of Captain Tahawwur Hussain Rana, a key plotter of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, to India. Rana, a former Pakistan Army officer, was living in Canada and was recruited as a Lashkar-e-Taiba sleeper cell. His interrogation is expected to reveal details about the involvement of Pakistan’s ISI, Army, and Lashkar-e-Taiba in the 2008 attacks that killed 166 people.
